We offer nationally accredited qualifications  approved by The City and Guilds of London Insitute, BIIAB and courses approved by The British Parking Association as well as bespoke courses designed specifically for our clients.

All of our courses focus on specific job roles and deal not only with conflict but roles and responsibilities of each individual learner to avoid conflict situations.

Services

We can help our partners to develop generic risk reduction policies, risk assessments and incident recording formats. Once these policies have been developed and approved they can be distributed during our courses to ensure that all candidates are aware of their responsibilities and "Duty of Care" toward achieving a proactive service delivery to the organisations service users. 

Customer Care

Customers are one of the most important aspects of your business, this course will give all candidates the resources required to anticipate customers needs, make them feel welcome and valued - using your body language as well as verbal greetings in a professional and courteous manner in an effort to encourage customers to not only be impressed by your organisation but to return on other occasions. 

Conflict Management

These courses are scenario based (this is not acting or role play you will deal with incidents in a controlled environment which will emulate the workplace) we will create as realistic a working environment as possible and develop common conflict flashpoints to enable all candidates to identify the nature of conflict, where, when and why conflict occurs and what you can do to prepare yourself for such incidents which will help to diffuse abusive and aggressive situations before they escalate into violent acts.

Understanding conflict

Conflict Management is a problem solving approach to dealing with difficult situations and issues.

Before you develop a response to aggression, abuse or violence you need to have a clear understanding of the extent and nature of the problem

A specific review of policies and procedures will achieve this understanding by assessing the risks within each job role and area of work, and by examining both local and cultural issues you can help to protect your staff and indemnify your organisation by embarking on a conflict management training programme which will raise the morale, confidence and the self esteem of your employees, thereby raising the standards and profile of your organisation.

The review will highlight areas of need and make recommendations for both management and front line staff. By undertaking this conflict review and offering conflict management training and guidance to staff your organisation will reap the benefits of staff retention, confidence and a marked reduction in incidents of abuse, violence and aggression, complaints, grievances and absence.
